The Avon Bulbs Snowdrop List probably includes a broader range of specialist snowdrop than any other nursery. They propagate more than 120 different varieties.
Avon Bulbs is a regular Gold medal winner at RHS Flower Shows, including their Early Spring Plant Fair where the snowdrops are the main attraction. The nursery was featured in the January issue of RHS Garden magazine.
The diversity and breadth of their snowdrop collection is the culmination of many years collecting, maintaining, cosseting, twin scaling and nurturing by Alan Street, the head nurseryman at Avon Bulbs.

In addition to its snowdrop collection, Triffids Nursery has developed a strong reputation for quality bulbs and shade loving plants, including Epimedium, as well as a range of traditional and unusual perennials.

A specialist nursery for herbaceous perennials and snowdrops with some alpines and a one acre plantsman's garden situated at the eastern end of the Exmoor National Park.
