The Great Snowdrop Garden Trail of Somerset

The county of Somerset has a great deal to offer.

Shepton Snowdrop Festival organisers would love to see visitors to the Festival from further afield plan stay a little longer, visit the gardens and enjoy all the county has to offer.

We’re very excited to team up with the best snowdrop Gardens in Somerset for the Great Snowdrop Gardens Trail.

Visit the Festival and stay a while – for a weekend or even a week to enjoy these beautiful gardens.

Yeo Valley Organic Garden

OPENING: 10 – 5.00pm, Friday 20th & Saturday 21st February 

 

The Bishops Palace and Gardens, Wells 

OPENING: Daily in February, 10 – 4.oopm (Please check the Bishops Palace website before you visit)

Hestercombe Gardens 

OPENING: 10 – 5.00pm daily; last entry 3.30pm 

 

 

East Lambrook Manor                                                                                                   

OPENING: Throughout February, Wednesday to Sunday, 10 – 5.00pm (possible earlier opening in January will be subject to weather and conditions)

 

Forde Abbey and Gardens

OPENING: 10.30 – 4.00pm, Wednesday to Sunday throughout February (last entry 3pm)

 

Dunster Castle & Watermill

OPENING: 10 – 4.00pm (last entry one hour prior to closing)

 

Snowdrop Valley, Wheddon Cross

OPENING: 9 – 4.00pm, daily from Saturday 24 January – Sunday 27 February (weather depending)
